Routine blood tests: Standard and pre-dental tests.
Grooming: Services such as nail clipping, full haircuts, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing.
Flea, tick, and worm treatment: Treatments to protect your pet against parasites, including lungworm and ear mites.
Dental hygiene: Professional dental cleaning to maintain oral health.
Training and nutrition advise: Access to experts for behavioral training and personalized nutrition plans.
Note: The plan covers preventive and routine care only. It does not include treatments for accidents, illnesses, or emergencies. Plan benefits vary depending on the plan chosen.
Follow these steps:
Submit a clear photo of the itemized invoice from your provider, showing:The provider’s name, contact details, and address.
Your pet’s name on the invoice.
The total amount billed and proof of payment.
Ensure the invoice is printed on official letterhead. Handwritten receipts may be reviewed but are not guaranteed approval.
Submit claims within 30 days of the membership period ending.
If additional information is requested, cooperate fully with the claims investigation process.
